Policies for Parallel 45 Theatre Presents

Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. In the event of inclement weather on Tuesday August 3rd, the concert will take place on Wednesday August 4th and all tickets will be exchanged and transferred automatically.

General Policies
Audience members are responsible to bring their own camp chair, lawn chair or blankets (please no umbrellas or sun shades). Please no pets at the concert, and no outside alcohol allowed.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Parallel 45 Theatre Presents). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
